Our client is a leading lithium mining operator in Western Australia, with established processing operations and a solid focus on safety, production and operational excellence.

The Opportunity

Due to increased operational requirements, we are currently seeking experienced Process Technicians to join a lithium mining operation in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate and monitor lithium processing plant equipment to achieve production targets.
- Work across crushing, grinding, screening, classification and flotation circuits.
- Monitor flotation performance, reagent dosing and concentrate quality.
- Operate and monitor equipment associated with Dense Media Separation (DMS), where applicable.
- Conduct routine plant inspections, sampling, process monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Monitor plant performance, identify operational issues and assist with process optimisation.
- Assist with the operation of concentrate thickening, filtration and dewatering equipment.
- Complete operational checks,



shift reports and accurate production records.
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance.
- Work collaboratively with Processing, Metallurgy and Maintenance teams to maximise plant efficiency and recovery.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Process Technician within the mining or mineral processing industry.
- Demonstrated experience across crushing, grinding, screening and flotation circuits.
- Experience with Dense Media Separation (DMS) highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of flotation processes, reagent management and mineral recovery.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies, troubleshoot plant issues and maintain production targets.
- Current WA Driver's Licence.
- Current or ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
- Ability to provide contactable employment references.
