What you will do
To service and thoroughly clean the resorts hotel rooms and or outside villas in accordance with the established standards, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and providing our Guests with the very best service in a clean healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, maintaining a professional appearance, and greeting guests politely.
• Clean and service allocated rooms to the highest standards within set timeframes, replenishing and controlling guest supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, unusual situations, and potential health and safety hazards promptly to the Supervisor.
• Follow all housekeeping policies, WH&S; guidelines, and hotel procedures, attending required meetings and training sessions.
• Provide support to other departments as needed and carry out additional duties directed by the Executive Housekeeper.

What You’ll Bring




• Proven ability to deliver high-quality housekeeping services with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Professional grooming standards and customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to assist across departments when required.
• Physical capability to perform the role - to be considered you will need to undergo a 30 minute Pre Employment Health Assessment
