Piped Up Plumbing is a growing plumbing company specialising in residential construction, medium-density developments, and drainage works across Melbourne's south-east.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a permanent part-time / Casual basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent weel;y work with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Payroll processing

- Customer invoicing and progress claims through Simpro

- Bank and account reconciliations

- Credit card and transaction reconciliation

- Monitoring and managing outstanding debtor balances

- Supplier payment processing

- Assisting with month-end reporting

- Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero and Simpro

- General bookkeeping and administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience

- Previous bookkeeping experience

- Strong knowledge of Xero Accounting Software

- Experience using Simpro (preferred)

- Experience processing payroll and STP reporting

- Understanding of construction or trade-based invoicing processes





- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently

Hours
