Are you an Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience looking to move into adult practice, or an adult-focused OT wanting to broaden your experience across the lifespan? Join a community-based Occupational Therapy provider that can provide a genuine mixed caseload, supporting clients from early childhood intervention and paediatrics through to adults.

This is an excellent opportunity for any clinician who wants to join an established team of 10 Occupational Therapists and shape a caseload that aligns with your experience and skilled interests.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will work with clients in their homes, schools and other community settings across East and Southeast Melbourne, with the option to use an office when not seeing clients.

Your caseload will be mixed across paediatrics and adults, with the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your interests.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Completing SIL and SDA assessments

- Completing Functional Capacity Assessments

- Prescribing and assessing Assistive Technology

- Undertaking home modification assessments, including minor and major modifications

- Working with clients across early childhood intervention, paediatrics and adult services





- Working collaboratively within an established OT team and with external stakeholders

- Providing recommendations to support clients’ independence, participation and daily functioning

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration

- Interest in community-based practice

- Experience working with either paediatric, adult or mixed caseloads in the NDIS
