We are exclusively representing well-established, family-owned early learning service seeking a Centre Director to take the lead on the operations of their high-quality service based near Five Dock.

About the Centre Director Role:

- Offer - $100, 000 - $110, 000 + WRP + Super
- Location - Near Five Dock
- Service Size - 70pl
- Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations.
- Build strong relationships with families, children and the wider community.
- Mentor, develop and support educators to foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Drive continuous improvement across the centre, maintaining high standards of educational programming, safety and quality of care.

About you:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT qualification).
- Previous experience in a Centre Director, Assistant Director or senior leadership role within an early learning service.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a team while fostering a positive and team-oriented workplace culture.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality early learning and building positive relationships with families and the wider community.
