Turn trusted people data into transparent insights that shape workforce decisions at TechnologyOne. As our People Data and Insights Analyst, you'll own and strengthen the P&C; data domain, build reusable data and reporting products, and help leaders make evidence-based decisions.
As part of the People & Culture function, you'll join the Workforce Strategy, Reward and Operations team and partner with P&C;, Finance, IT & AI Enablement and enterprise data teams.

What you'll be doing…

You'll connect people and enterprise information to support workforce strategy and operations, self-service analytics and responsible AI-enabled people products.

- Build and maintain a trusted P&C; data domain with clear definitions, ownership, classifications, and quality standards.
- Ensure sensitive information is accurate, secure and managed in accordance with privacy, access and retention requirements.
- Build partnerships with technical teams to develop reliable pipelines and reusable data products in Databricks and other approved environments.
- Connect people and enterprise data through proactive insights, shared measures, analytical models and self-service reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify business questions, prioritise the insights roadmap and challenge requests without a clear decision purpose.
- Improve data quality and reporting efficiency through automation, reduced manual effort and the retirement of duplicated or low-value products.

Your Talents…

- Experience managing enterprise data, ideally people, workforce or other sensitive information.
- Practical experience building data pipelines, reusable datasets, dashboards or analytical products,



using Databricks or a comparable platform.
- Sound knowledge of data architecture, governance, quality, metadata, lineage, classification, privacy and access controls.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to integrate multiple data sources and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and prioritisation skills, with clear communication across technical, operational and executive audiences.
- A relevant qualification in data science, analytics, computer science or a related discipline, and/or equivalent industry experience.
