About the role

The Content Producer & Presenter will be the primary on-camera representative of Nest Up, responsible for producing engaging video content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. This role combines presenting, content development, filming, editing and social media management. Working closely with the directors and marketing team, you will translate property insights into accessible content that builds brand awareness, grows our audience and generates enquiries. You will contribute original ideas and manage content from concept through to publication, using our established production systems, including an editing system that produces initial cuts.

Key responsibilities

- Present confidently on camera as the face of Nest Up across its social media channels.

- Develop, film and edit short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, educational content and behind-the-scenes footage.

- Coordinate and film content featuring clients, property consultants and team members.

- Develop creative concepts and recurring content series that explain property investment clearly.

- Review and refine initial edits, ensuring all published content meets brand, quality and accuracy standards.

- Prepare video scripts, captions and supporting social media copy.

- Manage the content calendar, posting schedule and day-to-day audience engagement.

- Monitor content performance, including views, follower growth, engagement and enquiries, and use insights to improve future content.





- Collaborate with the team to produce property updates, market commentary and educational material.

- Attend property locations across Melbourne and regional Victoria for filming.

About you

- Ideally, 1–2 years' experience in content production, social media or digital marketing.

- A portfolio demonstrating experience presenting in, filming and editing short-form video content.

- A confident, natural on-camera presence and the ability to help others feel comfortable during filming.

- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including platform features, trends and audience engagement.

- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software, along with Canva.

- Strong written communication skills, particularly in scriptwriting and social media copy.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage content independently from concept to publication.

- A current driver's licence and availability to travel for on-location filming.

- Desirable: Experience working with mortgage broking, real estate, property investment or a related industry.

- Desirable: An established TikTok or Instagram audience, or demonstrated success growing a social media account.
