We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in Canning Vale, WA

What's the role?

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and supported by an experienced operations and customer service team, you'll work with customers who have already expressed an interest in our services. You'll meet with clients, understand their relocation requirements, prepare solutions, provide quotations, and guide them through the process from enquiry to booking. Our customers may be moving within Perth and regional WA, interstate, or internationally. Every move is different, making this a highly rewarding and consultative sales role.

Key responsibilities

- Meet with clients and understand their relocation requirements

- Prepare relocation solutions tailored to customer needs

- Provide quotations to clients

- Guide customers through the process from enquiry to booking

- Work with warm, pre-qualified leads





- Manage your own schedule and take ownership of achieving results

About you

- Enjoys building relationships with people

- Confident and professional

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Communicates well both face-to-face and over the phone

- Organised and able to manage your own schedule

- Good computer and administration skills

- Pays attention to detail

- Takes ownership of achieving results

- Experience in consultative sales, external sales, customer service, relocations/logistics/removals, appointment-based sales environments, or working towards sales targets and KPIs viewed favourably

- Right to work in Australia; open to Australian residents only
