About Bureau Bureau is a founder-led global company built around a simple belief: better spaces make better work. Today, we make soundproof office booths that help people focus, meet and think. But our ambition is much bigger than what we sell. We want to shape how people do their best work, and build a company that can make a meaningful dent in the way work feels. We’re a small, fast-moving team with a lot still to build. That means real ownership, room for good ideas and the chance to have an outsized impact. At Bureau, our people are what make us different. At the heart of our business is a global team of passionate, caring, highly accountable and entrepreneurial people who are empowered to make an impact. We bring our true selves, unique talents and personalities to work every day — and we believe that’s what makes our culture stronger. We’re first and foremost a sales-driven organization, powered by technology and design, with a big ambition: to shape how people do their best work. Through our best-in-class modular workspaces and booths, we’re helping businesses create better places to work — with products that ship around the world. Our team is global, connected and growing. We operate from our main hubs across Australia, Canada (Vancouver and Toronto), the US (New York and Dallas), and UK/Europe and are supported by talented teams across the Philippines, Argentina, Mexico, Colorado and growing. We’re continuing to expand, with new hubs planned in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Our Core Values
• We are intrinsically motivated. We do great work because that’s who we are, not because we’re told to.
• We play to win. We set the standard and push it higher.
• We are problem solvers. We take ownership, figure it out and get it done.
• We care. We show up with honesty, respect and real support.
• We are fun. We take the work seriously, not ourselves.

About the Role
We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Specialist to run day-to-day order fulfilment, freight, warehousing and installation operations for the Australian market. You will own every order from the moment Sales confirms it through to a signed-off installation: allocating stock, booking freight, managing the warehouse and installer partners, keeping the customer informed, and closing out anything that goes wrong. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will be the person customers, installers and the sales team call when they need a delivery date, a site access answer, or a problem solved. You will work from our systems (HubSpot for orders and tickets, inFlow for stock and purchase orders), and you will help shape the processes as we scale. You will be part of a global operations team with colleagues in Vancouver, Dallas, New York and London. Some overlap with North American hours (a few early mornings or late afternoons each week) is part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
Order management and inventory
• Manage the full order cycle for Australia from confirmation to completion,

ensuring every order is accurate, complete and on time against its promised date.
• Allocate stock against orders in coordination with the Global Supply Chain Leader and keep inventory records in inFlow accurate across warehouse locations.
• Never let a promise date pass in silence: track every current promise date, flag risk early, and communicate changes to Sales and the customer before they have to ask.
• Support inbound planning by tracking containers in transit, coordinating with our customs broker and 3PL on arrival, and receiving stock into the system. Freight, warehousing and logistics
• Book, track and manage domestic freight (LTL, dedicated and courier) for booth deliveries and replacement parts, and chase carriers when something slips.
• Be the day-to-day owner of the relationship with our third-party warehouse: stock accuracy, picking and dispatch, damage claims, invoice checks and storage costs.
• Coordinate interstate stock movements and keep landed and delivery costs in line with budget.
• Maintain shipping documentation (bills of lading, delivery dockets, proof of delivery) to Bureau standard. Delivery and installation operations
• Schedule and manage deliveries and installations: site readiness, access and lift bookings, building inductions, installer confirmations and customer communication.
• Manage our third-party installer partners for quality, reliability, compliance and cost. Brief them properly, hold them to standard, and build the bench as volume grows.
• Drive every install to Perfect Install: fully complete, signed customer checklist, required photos, on time, with no rectification needed.
• Attend site for key deliveries and installations where it makes a difference to the outcome. Customer experience and escalations
• Partner with Sales as the single operational point of contact for ANZ customers from order to handover.
• Own customer escalations on delivery timing, damage or installation quality. Pick up the phone, get the facts, and resolve it with a customer-first approach.
• Run rectification and warranty tickets: intake, triage, parts ordering, installer coordination and close-out, with resolution data captured back into the Global Quality system. Projects and continuous improvement
• Run multi-unit and multi-site projects end to end: project plans, stakeholder communication, risk management and delivery against milestones.
• Track and report ANZ operational KPIs including on-time delivery, install quality, rectification rate, customer satisfaction and cost per install.
• Identify what is slowing us down and fix it: SOPs, checklists,

supplier scorecards and system improvements.
• Contribute to global operations initiatives (warehouse network, freight tenders, systems rollouts) as the Australian voice. Qualifications & Experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or freight coordination, ideally with a product that is physically delivered and installed.
• Hands-on experience with warehousing and 3PL management, domestic freight booking and carrier management, and inbound container or import logistics.
• Demonstrated project management capability: you have planned and delivered multi-stakeholder projects to a date and can show how you did it.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, installers or field service providers to a standard.
• A dynamic, fast communicator who would rather make a call than send a third email. Comfortable with customers, tradespeople, carriers and senior stakeholders alike.
• Strong organisational discipline. You keep many orders moving at once without dropping details, and you keep systems up to date as you go.
• Commercial awareness: you understand how freight, storage and install costs affect margin and you manage them.
• Experience in furniture, fit-out, construction products, building services or a related delivered-and-installed industry is a plus.
• Experience with a CRM and an inventory or ERP system (HubSpot, inFlow, NetSuite, Odoo or similar) is a plus.
• Current Australian driver licence. Willingness to travel interstate occasionally and to attend sites.
• Full Australian working rights. Key Competencies
• Ownership and accountability for outcomes, not tasks
• Fast, explicit, proactive communication
• Vendor and partner management
• Planning and prioritisation under volume
• Calm and decisive under pressure
• Data-driven decision making
• Customer-first judgement Compensation and Benefits Bureau believes in rewarding the team with competitive pay and a workplace that supports balance, growth and wellbeing.
• Base salary of AUD 75,000
- 85,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
• Annual Operations Performance Bonus eligibility, up to 14% of base salary, calculated annually against defined operational KPIs.
• 4 weeks (20 days) paid annual leave, plus leave loading where applicable.
• 10 days paid personal/carer's leave per year.
• Your birthday off, because you deserve to celebrate.
• Up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year for extra flexibility.
• Access to an Employee Assistance Program.
• Ability to work remotely for 4 weeks per year.
• A people-first culture in a fast-growing global company that is disrupting its industry.
• Career Development Program
- $1000 per year to encourage continuous education
• Bureau Master Class Series
- a learning experience to help team grow and learn from experts both inside and outside the business
• Reward and Recognition Program
