What You Can Expect:
• Coordinate air and sea freight export shipments from booking through to departure.
• Prepare and process export documentation accurately and on time.
• Arrange bookings with airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, and overseas partners.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage delays or exceptions.
• Liaise with customers, overseas offices, suppliers, and carriers.
• Ensure shipment milestones are updated and maintained within operational systems.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely shipment updates.
• Verify shipping instructions and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Support billing, reporting, and operational administration activities. What You Bring:




• 2-4 years' experience in international freight forwarding.
• Experience managing air and/or sea freight export shipments.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and freight forwarding processes.
• Experience using CargoWise One or a similar freight management system.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to your work.
