About the role

This is a hands on role where you’ll be responsible for both designing and delivering key people systems. As part of the Operations team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Operations and founders to build and improve the systems that support our team as we grow. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, deliver meaningful change and contribute to the development of a excellent place to work.
