- Experienced (or willing to learn) in assisting with personal care, mobility support, and daily living activities.
- Solid communicator who can build trusting relationships with residents, families, and the wider healthcare team.
- Reliable, observant, and attentive to changes in residents' health or wellbeing, with a commitment to reporting accurately.
