Sushi Sushi are growing, we have more than 140 Sushi stores located throughout Australia and are proud to call ourselves Australia's favourite sushi brand We are currently looking for a Chef / Kitchen Hand for our Charlestown / Kotara NSW restaurants.

You will work in a high-volume, rapid-paced kitchen and contribute to presenting our sushi with pride and care. Experience in Japanese/sushi will be highly regarded but not essential.
