Biza.io is seeking a Senior Customer Success Support Specialist to sit at the intersection of customers, product, engineering and delivery. You'll own customer queries from the initial response to resolution, keeping customers informed as issues move toward fix.
You'll monitor SLAs, escalate when needed, work with Product and Engineering to understand ownership, coordinate release communications, and leverage LLMs and automation to improve speed and quality without losing the human touch.
