The Aboriginal Youth Support Coordinator - Halls Creek is responsible for providing individualised case coordination and support services for students aged 10 to 18 transitioning from custodial settings to education, training and employment options.
Based in Halls Creek, you will work within the Young Offender's Act and the Children and Community Services Act, linking young people to youth and counselling services, and maintaining networks with schools, communities and service providers.
