Tasmania is seeking a kitchen professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality food service within a quick-paced commercial kitchen. This role covers lunch, dinner and events, preparing, cooking and presenting items to venue standards while upholding strict safety/HACCP practices.
The ideal candidate will have prior kitchen experience and formal Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery (preferred), with flexibility for nights, weekends and public holidays.
