Busy Bees is seeking an Assistant Centre Director at Chinchilla on a full-time basis to support the Centre Director with daily operations, mentoring educators and fostering a safe, engaging learning workplace for children and families.
You will lead with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, ensure compliance with the NQF and EYLF, and be prepared to step into the Centre Director role when needed, contributing to curriculum planning and continuous improvement.
