Lifeline Australia is seeking an In-Shift Support – Digital – Remote to help monitor and coordinate our Digital Service crisis supporters across shifts. The role supports the service, covers breaks, conducts debriefs, checks in on duty, and reports technology issues to enable service and performance improvements.
The In-Shift Support works to provide real time guidance, supports on-duty CS staff, and ensures timely interventions and reporting in line with mandatory requirements.
