NSW Health invites a Registered Nurse to join the Hospital in the Home (HITH) service at Macksville District Hospital. You will deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care to people in their own homes and community, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

You must be registered with AHPRA, bring robust clinical skills in HITH or community nursing, and excel in communication, assessment and problem-solving. A valid Australian driver licence is required.
