About the prospect Cyber risk is as much a people challenge as a technology one, and this role sits right at that intersection. You'll join the cyber security function of one of Australia's largest ASX-listed consumer businesses, helping shape a security culture across a large and complex enterprise. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where your campaigns, training and relationships directly change how thousands of people think about and respond to cyber risk.

The role

Design and deliver engaging security awareness, communication and training programs that educate, influence and engage team members across the business

Plan and run a year-round campaign calendar, including targeted phishing simulations, and measure and report on results

Partner with developers and technical teams to promote secure coding practices and embed security into the development lifecycle

Work with senior leaders, IT, digital and communications teams to shape security policies, standards and key messaging

Build and grow a network of Security Awareness champions across the organisation

The role

Build and grow a network of Security Awareness champions across the organisation

What you'll bring

3+ years of experience in organisational learning and change management, with a track record of creating training and engagement programs for diverse audiences

3+ years of experience in IT or cyber security roles, with a solid grasp of core security concepts, application security, cloud and web architectures

Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to translate security concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate and influence at all levels

Project management experience, comfortable planning and running a complex, ongoing program and reporting on metrics

Nice to have: familiarity with application development processes, and knowledge of frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
