About the role Reports to Partners and Senior Accountants managing a range of client affairs under direction. This role requires the candidate to complete work under supervision.
Key responsibilities
Accurately complete clients' source documentation for processing including bank reconciliations
Completion of client income tax returns
Preparation of draft financial statements
Prepare Activity Statements to review stage
Identify where various items are represented on statements
Provide supporting documentation and clearly articulate and prove how certain figures/outcomes were achieved and why
Competent with programs such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Reckon and BGL at basic levels
Robust Excel and Word skills
Access ATO portal for client information and BAS lodgement
Attend structured training events
