About the Position:
Our client is looking for a Lawyer with 2 years of Post Admission Experience (PAE) to join their Brisbane Property and Development team. This role offers significant property transactions, including due diligence, commercial leasing, land use agreements, acquisitions, structuring, planning, and the sale of 'off the plan' developments for both commercial and residential projects.
Key Requirements:
- 2 years PAE with robust property law experience
- Expertise in commercial conveyancing and leasing
- Proficiency with PEXA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
