up to one Part-Time and one Casual Medical Receptionists

to join our foundation team. We want friendly, organised and switched-on people who love working with patients and want to help us create a fantastic clinic culture from the very beginning. What You'll Be Doing • Welcoming patients and managing reception • Answering calls and managing appointments • Private billing and Medicare processing • Using

Best Practice and HotDoc • Recalls,



reminders and general administration • Supporting our doctors and clinical team • Helping keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous

medical reception experience is preferred , with Best Practice and HotDoc experience highly regarded.
