Precision Labour Hire is seeking reliable Process Workers for ongoing AM shift opportunities at a busy chemical manufacturing facility in Lytton.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced production environment, supporting manufacturing and packaging operations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Monday–Thursday:

6:00am – 2:30pm

Friday:

6:00am – 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities Operating production and processing machinery

Assisting with manufacturing, packaging and palletising

Monitoring equipment and reporting faults

Performing basic troubleshooting and fault finding

Conducting quality checks and identifying production issues

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

About You Previous manufacturing, process or production experience required





Machine operation or chemical manufacturing experience highly regarded

Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling

Reliable, safety-conscious and committed to quality

A positive team player with a strong work ethic

Full Australian working rights, with no restrictions on work hours or employment duration

PPE Requirements Candidates must supply and wear:

Yellow cotton shirt

Steel-capped safety boots

Important:

Cotton PPE is mandatory due to the nature of the chemical manufacturing setting. Polyester and other synthetic clothing are not permitted.
