Project Manager

to manage commercial construction projects valued up to

$10 million

on a

9-month contract

commencing in January 2027, with potential to extend, if workload permits. About the Role

Manage commercial projects from planning through to completion Oversee budgets, programmes, contracts and stakeholder relationships Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget Direct support to Project Site Managers Work autonomously with the support of a collaborative and experienced team Reporting to Construction Manager & Directors About You





Experience managing commercial construction projects Qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred) Experience with Procore, HammerTech, Microsoft Project and Jobpac (preferred) Strong organisational and communication skills Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport Current Working with Children Check Australian working rights Why Join Us?
