Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join the team at Peninsula Timber & Hardware in Rosebud, Victoria. As a full-time Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their hardware and timber needs.

What you'll be doing

Delivering outstanding customer service to all customers

Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice

Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintaining a clean and well-organised retail space

Restocking shelves and ensuring product availability

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Basic computer skills and a good phone manner are required.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the hardware or timber industry.





Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs

Excellent product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about a wide range of hardware and timber products
