Located in the Belrose retail precinct on Mona Vale Road, this store is surrounded by a mix of major retailers, home and lifestyle outlets, creating a convenient environment for staff and customers. The location is easily accessible by car with ample onsite parking available, while local bus services provide public transport options. With Glenrose Village and nearby cafés, eateries and shopping facilities close by, staff have plenty of options for lunch and coffee breaks.

About the Role As a Retail Sales Assistant , you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and supporting new and expectant parents on their journey. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.





Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.

Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well‑presented and organised.

Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

About You You’re a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you bring to the team:

Prior Customer Service Experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High Standards in customer service and store presentation.

Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Seasonal Casual, you’ll help create memorable in‑store experiences for our customers:

Support Customers – Provide a friendly in‑store experience, help customers find products, and connect them with team members when needed

Keep Things Flowing – Replenish stock, assist with deliveries, maintain store presentation, and help prepare customer orders

Follow Safety & Compliance – Work safely, follow store policies, and report any risks or hazards

Be Flexible – Work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends during the festive rush
