What you'll be doing Preparing and portioning ingredients for use in recipes Assisting the chef with various kitchen tasks as needed Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitising surfaces Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment What we're looking for Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role within the food industry Must have a valuable attitude, be reliable & hard-working for our fast paced, high volume kitchen Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure Passion for the industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our business Hours Mon 6am to 3pm Tues to Thurs 6am to 2.30pm Fri 6am to 11.30am Salary will depend on experience
