About the Role You will play a key role in delivering the warm, attentive service that Cucina Toorak is known for. Working closely with the management and kitchen team, you will help ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional and attentive table service





Welcome and assist guests with menu and wine selections

Manage reservations and seating flow

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and floor team

Maintain high service and presentation standards

Assist with opening and closing procedures

About You

Previous experience in a restaurant environment

Minimum 2+ years of restaurant experience required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Passion for hospitality and Italian cuisine

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Must be available to work most evenings and weekends

Australian permanent residency required
