We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Admin Assistant to join our small team at Rev-Bikes in Nunawading. Part time or full time considered, with plenty of flexibility to suit the right candidate. Rev-Bikes sell & service e Bikes, e Trikes and e Tandems (and a growing range of Adaptive e Bikes), as well as installing low-powered Conversion Kits to electrify existing bicycles. Our customers vary widely, but are often retirees and people with various disabilities. This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining customer sales, retail support, and administrative duties. You will be the face of the store—helping customers find the right eBikes and accessories, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes. Welcome and assist customers in-store, via phone, and email Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bicycles and accessories Drive sales through consultative selling and product knowledge Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction Support after-sales service and customer retention Administration & Operations

Process sales accurately using POS systems Maintain customer records and CRM updates Assist with invoicing, quotes, and general admin tasks Support store presentation, merchandising,



and displays Stock & Inventory Support

Assist with stock management, tagging, and receiving deliveries Support stocktakes and inventory reporting Monitor and report low stock levels Team Support

Work closely with the sales and workshop teams Support marketing promotions and in-store campaigns Contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture About You

We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about bikes & the cycling lifestyle (essential to have at least some experience with bicycles) Confident in customer service and/or retail sales Clear communicator (excellent English) with a friendly and professional approach Highly organised with great attention to detail Comfortable using computers, ideally experienced with Xero & Shopify (or happy to learn) Sales-driven, with a willingness to learn and grow Reliable, mature, proactive, and a strong team player What We Offer
