The Role As our Lead Architect, you will be the primary visionary for our luxury residential portfolio. You will lead the studio through the complexities of high-end builds, ensuring that every detail—from the initial sketch to the final bespoke finish is executed with precision.

Your core duties will include:

Spearheading the design and delivery of multi-million dollar luxury residences.

Translating client dreams into sophisticated, constructible architectural realities.

Managing high-net-worth client relationships with discretion and expertise.

Navigating complex DA/CC submissions for premium sites.





Who You Are We require an Architect who balances elite design sensibilities with a "boots on the ground" work ethic. Reliability and a sense of personal responsibility are non-negotiable.

Requirements

10+ years of experience, with a proven track record specifically in

luxury home design.

NSW Architecture Registration

is preferred.
