As the Practice Nurse, you will provide a wide range of healthcare services, including patient health assessments, infusions, immunisations, chronic disease management, wound care, and assisting with minor procedures. Have full Registerd Nurse AHPRA registration with no restrictions Have a minimum of 2 years Medical Practice Nursing experience Be proficient in Immunisation (Adults, Children & Infants), wound management, dressing changes, and assisting with minor surgical procedures Experience in Inca Evo for GP Care Plans Current NSW Working With Children's Check, or willingness to obtain Must have full Australian working rights

(i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or Recent Zealand Citizenship)
