About the Role As a resourcer, you'll play a critical role in identifying, engaging and managing healthcare professionals throughout the recruitment process.
This is a highly people-focused role where you'll develop relationships with candidates, understand their career aspirations and help connect them with exciting opportunities across the healthcare industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing candidate enquiries and job applications
Actively cold calling candidates, engaging them in a role or pitching an opportunity
Screening, searching and identifying candidates for opportunities
Building and maintaining talent pipelines
Coordinating interviews and candidate appointments¯
