You’ll shape an exciting, seasonal drinks program that celebrates Australian producers and iconic brands, while delivering warm, polished hospitality. Working closely with our Group Bars Manager, you’ll build a solid team, manage invoicing, rostering and stock, and drive guest experiences through detail, leadership and commercial focus.
