Our Graduate Support Program for Registered Midwives is designed to support your transition from study into professional midwifery practice, enabling you develop into a confident, reflective and compassionate midwife.

This flexible 12-month program is tailored to your individual interests, learning style and career aspirations. When you join our Graduate Support Program for Registered Midwives, you become part of a warm, supportive, people focused environment. Over 12 months, commencing each

February , you will strengthen your clinical skills, develop confidence and build a strong sense of professional identity. You’ll gain experience across key areas of maternity care, including: Birth Suite Postnatal Ward Special Care Nursery For dual-degree graduates, there is also the opportunity to complete an

additional six-month rotation

in acute medical or surgical areas. Support throughout your program

graduate development days .
