Key Responsibilities Electrical installations, maintenance and repairs (residential & commercial)

Fault finding and troubleshooting

Split system installation works (training provided)

Work with clients and project managers to deliver quality outcomes

Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service

Follow safety protocols and industry standards

Support and mentor apprentices

Take pride in your work, tools, vehicle and presentation

Who We're After You'll need: Current A-Grade Electrical Licence

White Card (Victoria)

Current Driver's Licence

Full working rights in Australia

Experience with split systems or heating & cooling is highly regarded but not essential. More importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a positive team culture.
