Job Description

What makes our Graduate Program different?

Our

12-month structured Graduate Program

begins with

12 weeks of intensive induction training , giving you a strong foundation before you're expected to work independently.

We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with a

reduced caseload for your first four months , so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.

You'll also have:





Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first six months then fortnightly Monthly coaching sessions with clinic mentors A dedicated

buddy

throughout the entire program Consistent professional development opportunities

to keep your learning moving forward Regular catch-ups and social events with fellow graduates Plenty of regular opportunities to

observe clinicians across multiple disciplines Access to a
