clinic in Balwyn and are looking for a driven, customer-focused professional to join our team.

This is a full-time position and we are specifically seeking candidates who are looking for a long-term, full-time career opportunity.

About the Role: You’ll join us as a Patient Coordinator , becoming the warm, welcoming face of our Balwyn clinic. From day one, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while also supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

This is a customer service and sales-focused role , ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.

Please note: This role requires one month of initial training at our Balwyn clinic

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth

Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs

Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care

Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion

Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently

Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What You’ll Be Growing Into

Leading patient consultations and presenting treatment options





Building trust and rapport to guide patients through decision-making

Managing treatment plans, follow-ups, and ongoing communication

Driving sales conversions through genuine connection and education

Contributing to the overall performance and success of the clinic

About You

Minimum 1 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales

Proven ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, results-driven mindset with a natural ability to influence

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
