professional to provide Level 1 IT support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance in a Microsoft environment. This is an chance for someone with foundational IT experience to grow their skills while contributing to a collaborative team working fully onsite on a rotating shift roster. Key Responsibilities

Provide basic IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Support and maintain cabling organisation to ensure a clean and efficient work environment Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and audit support activities Document issues, solutions, and support activities accurately for future reference Work collaboratively with the team to support day-to-day IT operations in a Microsoft environment Key Requirements





At least 6–12+ months experience in a Level 1 IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar support role Solid IT support and troubleshooting skills (Level 1) Must be fully available to work rotating day, night, and weekend shifts for the entire contract duration and can work 100% onsite Must have strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive, can-do attitude Must live within close proximity to the site and have access to reliable personal transport IT-related qualification (degree or currently studying) is a plus For further information or a confidential discussion, please contact Gian Guanzon
