Producing a broad range of smallgoods such as sausages, cold cuts, ham, bacon and liverwurst. Operating automated vacumm fillers and semi-automated clipping equipment Assisting in ham production, including operating tumblers and ham-filling equipment Assisting with batching and preparation of meat mixes Operating industrial mincers, grinders and emulsifiers Preparing products according to the recipes, specifications and production requirements Supporting different areas of production as required Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene,



quality and workplace safety Requirements

Previous experiencein food manufacturing, preferably in an abattoir or a similar industrial food processing environment (e.g. ex-Baiada Chicken staff are used to similar conditions). Experience operating sausage filling equipment is highly desirable Understanding of smallgoods production processes and food safety requirements Ability and willingness to work across different production areas Physically demanding role and must be comfortable working in cold and wet setting Reliable, team-oriented and committed to producing high-quality products Strong attendance and a positive attitude Willingness to learn additional products and machinery where required Additional information Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30pm 33 per hour
