We’re searching for
Customer Service, Sales and Device Tech Christmas Casuals
who love helping customers, thrive in a busy retail workplace, and have a genuine passion for technology. You’ll be the face of PTC — welcoming customers, matching them with the right accessories, and creating an exceptional shopping experience every time.
Previous retail and sales experience is highly regarded , but most importantly, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
We’re looking for Christmas Casuals who are able to
work at either our West Lakes, Elizabeth City and Tea Tree Store s throughout the festive season.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering friendly, professional customer service
Driving sales and promoting our amazing range of accessories
Maintaining kiosk displays and ensuring everything looks its best
Creating memorable moments for customers this festive season
What we’re looking for:
A confident communicator who loves connecting with people
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Availability throughout the Christmas and New Year period
An interest in technology and sales — experience a bonus, but not essential
