for a

6-week casual assignment

with an immediate start available.

Attractive pay rate of $52.46 per hour

Monday to Friday roster

Up to 40 hours per week

Early starts between 5:00am and 7:00am

Responsibilities About the Role As a Pallet Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate pallet reconciliation and inventory management across the distribution network. This position requires someone who can work independently, investigate discrepancies, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage pallet reconciliation using

2IC Pallet Software





Reconcile pallet data between WMS systems and suppliers including

CHEP, LOSCAM and VPS

Investigate and resolve pallet discrepancies and exceptions

Respond to email enquiries relating to pallet queries, rejections and corrections

Accurately enter and maintain data within pallet management systems

Organise and process pallet-related documentation and paperwork

Support continuous improvement and operational compliance activities Your Profile About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a

Pallet Controller

position

Robust working knowledge of

2IC Pallet Software

Experience reconciling pallet movements and inventory data

Exposure to WMS environments and pallet providers such as

CHEP, LOSCAM and VPS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities

The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

Intermediate computer and data-entry skills
