Priceline Pharmacy East Village Sunbury – Sunbury VIC As Retail Manager/Assistant, you'll be responsible for overseeing the front-of-store operations and supporting the team to deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading a team, creating a great customer experience and helping drive the day-to-day success of a brand new pharmacy in a growing area. Leading, motivating and supporting the retail team Maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation Stock management, merchandising and inventory control Driving sales and promotional activity Ensuring Priceline brand standards are maintained Working closely with the pharmacist and pharmacy team Assisting with ordering,



stock control and general administration About you

Previous retail management or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential) Experience working in a pharmacy setting (preferred but not essential) Knowledge of FRED Office (highly regarded but not essential) Confident leading and developing a team Strong organisational and communication skills Genuine focus on customer service Commercially minded and understands retail performance Proactive, reliable and happy to be hands-on Can work collaboratively with pharmacists, dispensary staff and the wider team
