Mirvac is seeking a Leasing Executive in Melbourne to drive occupancy across our Build to Rent portfolio. You’ll guide renters from initial enquiry through to lease handover, creating a seamless and engaging customer experience at every step.
You’ll deliver leasing targets, manage the pipeline, coordinate inspections and negotiate renewals with a focus on customer service and accurate data. The role requires a current Real Estate Agent licence and robust negotiation skills.
