Territory Managers

to join a leading organisation in the

flooring industry , responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships across the professional flooring and building-products channel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with

flooring contractors, retailers, distributors, architects and designers

Develop new business and achieve territory sales targets

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer training

Provide product support and troubleshooting

Develop specifications and sales opportunities with existing and new customers

Maintain customer activity and sales reporting through CRM

Support trade shows, training programs and industry events

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Accounts teams

Ideal Candidate

Proven

B2B sales / territory management

experience

Strong knowledge of the

timber flooring / flooring industry

Experience working with contractors, retailers and distributors

Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills

Commercially driven with a strong customer focus

Comfortable working independently and managing a territory

CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

2. Territory Manager – New South Wales
