As a Trainee , you will provide exceptional service to customers, across a number of areas in the bank from telling through to concierge. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include: Welcome customers and offer exceptional service Assist with bank transactions, cash handling and savings needs Educate customers on digital banking services Provide relevant advice to customers Follow-up customer enquiries, delegating where required About You:
