About the Role As an Agency Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents within residential aged care facilities. You will be responsible for delivering safe, person-centred care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe,

Complete clinical assessments and care planning

Administer medications and treatments

Monitor resident health and wellbeing

Support and mentor care staff where required

About You

Recent experience as an Aged Care Registered Nurse

Robust clinical assessment and decision‑making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Professional, reliable and adaptable approach

Passion for delivering person‑centred aged care

Essential Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 12 months recent aged care nursing experience

Current National Police Check

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Up-to-date vaccinations and immunisation records

Unrestricted Australian working rights
