The Role You will manage a well-supported portfolio of Owners Corporations while acting as a trusted advisor to committees, owners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Managing an Owners Corporation portfolio with the support of dedicated associate, administration, and accounts staff

Convening and chairing AGMs, SGMs, and committee meetings

Building robust working relationships with committees and stakeholders

Providing legislative and procedural guidance

Coordinating maintenance, contractor, and compliance matters

Responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently

Ensuring matters are proactively managed and followed through to completion
