Case Management System Implementation based on Microsoft Dynamics We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Digital Case Management System program. This role will suit a highly capable Business Analyst with solid CRM knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics. Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and consultations to gather Map business processes and requirements to Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality Validate proposed solutions through requirements walkthroughs Manage requirements traceability, project documentation, BA reporting and stakeholder communications.



Key Skills and Experience

10+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex business environments Strong CRM knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Office applications, JIRA and SharePoint, with experience in BPMN 2.0 What’s in it for you:
