Overview We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join the Fan Engagement Marketing team of a leading international sports league. This role will focus on executing and optimizing outbound CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels to drive fan acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle growth.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications Manage audience segmentation, campaign build, QA, personalization, and deployment Optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, reactivation) to improve fan LTV Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance Leverage insights, analytics, and automation tools for continuous optimization Collaborate with Marketing, Data & Analytics, Mar Tech, Product Marketing, and external vendors Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant CRM/marketing experience Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Adobe tools, SFMC, Epsilon, etc.) Solid understanding of CRM KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics HTML editing skills; working knowledge of Photoshop Robust communication, project management, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
